These terms cover your use of spidershoodies.ca and any order you place with Spiders Hoodies Canada. By browsing the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

About Our Products

Our range is built around the spider-web streetwear look. Some designs are named after artists or brands that people associate with that look, but they are fan-favourite, culture-inspired pieces within our own lineup rather than officially licensed releases from the artists or brands referenced. We do not claim to be an authorised retailer or partner of any third-party brand.

Product Descriptions and Images

We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary between devices, and small variations in print placement, stitching and measurements are normal on garments of this type. A minor variation is not a fault. If what arrives is genuinely not what was described, it is covered by Returns & Refunds.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and include no hidden fees. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm. Payment is taken at the time of order, and your order is not confirmed until payment clears. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that is already paid for.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Discount codes are valid only for the period and on the items stated when they are issued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and generally cannot be combined with each other unless we say otherwise. We can withdraw a code if it is being misused.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a binding contract on our side. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full and we email you to explain why.

You can cancel your own order any time before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number.

Shipping and Returns

Standard shipping is free across Canada. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Full detail is on the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. You agree not to use the site to place fraudulent orders, scrape or copy our content for a competing store, interfere with how the site runs, or upload anything unlawful. We can close an account that is being used this way.

Intellectual Property

The layout, text, photography and branding on this site belong to Spiders Hoodies Canada unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Any third-party names that appear are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

Errors and Omissions

Occasionally a page may contain a typo, an out-of-date price or an incorrect stock figure. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel any order placed against an obvious mistake, with a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for supplying the items you ordered in the condition described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time, lost profit or missed occasions caused by a delayed or failed delivery. Nothing here limits any right you have under Canadian consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the version that applies to that order.
